SHIPPING POLICY

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE. All orders ships in 3-5 days of ordering.

We ship all DOMESTIC orders via standard mail or royal mail First Class recorded Mail with delivery confirmation. A standard shipping does not have a delivery confirmation. You will receive an email once your item has been shipped with a tracking number is you purchase a registered shipping. There is no tracking number for Standard shipping.

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, we ship all orders via AIRSURE royalmail registered service. You will receive an email once your item has been shipped with a tracking number. It takes 5 -10 working days to get your item. Your item can be tracked at www.royalmail.com

RETURN POLICY

Exchanges/Refunds are accepted on merchandise within 5 days of receipt for domestic and 7days of receipt for international orders. Exchanged items must HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR DAMAGED, and with ALL tags attached and original packaging.

If you need to return an item, login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail about your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
NOTE: Shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable. But we’ll pay for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received wrong or damaged item etc.).
