Do we ship internationally?

Yes we do ship internationally. Please note however that due to customs procedures in different countries, shipping can take up to 2weeks.

What material is the jewelry made of? 

Taro jewelry pieces are made of high quality gold and silver plated metals. This is a signature part of our collection. We also use materials like rhinestones, feathers, swarovski crystals, beads, Perspex,  glass jewels and fresh water pearls. 

What is your return policy?

All sales are final, you are welcome to exchange your items within 5 days of receiving your package for domestic and 7 days for international orders. Please note that custom orders are final sale and may not be exchanged.

How to take care of my Tarocollection pieces?

Keep the colour and shine of your jewels by avoiding perfume, lotions and moisture on your jewelry. Though our chains and other metal are non tarnish but plaiting and finishes can fade from wear and tear. Please wear with care.

I received my items damaged, what do i do?

If for some reason you received your item and it was damaged in transit, you can email us at tarocollection@gmail.com and we will help resolve the issue.

Do you expedite shipping if i need it urgently?

If you need your items to be shipped to you with express delivery, please email us at tarocollection@gmail.com and we will let you know if we are able to fulfill your request.
